Agree on how each indicator is calculated, which data source supplies it and who reviews it. A shared definition helps operations, finance and workplace teams interpret the same result.
Turn a review into action
For each issue, record the next action, its owner and the date of the next review. A dashboard becomes more useful when its findings lead to a clear operational decision.
